I just dug thru my Time Machine backups and have an r15395 with the buggered Help menu order.  So that narrows it down.

It's just a general change, nothing Mac specific that I can see, other than some Mac blocks that are changed like all the rest.  But maybe it affects Macs differently for the menu ordering.  Note that it needs r15387 to compile on a Mac (some bits were missed).

So, where does the Help menu appear on other systems?  Now and before r15382 (if anyone can remember)
