[Qgis-developer] create "double" boundaries with new symbology engine

Hi,

does the new symbology engine support to create complex double boundaries as
shown in the attached image (see arrows). 

a) A Dash Dash Dot boundary and inside a blue line
b) A boundary with Dashes and inside a line with Dots
