[Qgis-developer] A new public git repository of qgis trunk, with auto daily update

I think Tim was going to bring up moving to git officially at the next
"hackfest", or what ever it is called now, not sure where it would then be
hosted but I really like github.  I like the forking and pull requests
interface which I think would work well with coding efforts.
