[QGIS-OSSIM] [Qgis-developer] Integrating OSSIM with QGIS

I would be tempted to use the relatively new OssimSingleImageChain 
as the basis for the QGisOssimImageProvider as it seems to map 
relatively well to Radim's Raster Provider abstaction
