[Qgis-developer] Button to send the python error

Hi all,

I think would be useful to add a button "Send error" on the
python error dialog to send the error message either to a ML
or maybe to the author's email if provided in metadata,
but also hide the error until the user tick a "Show details"
checkbox in that dialog (obviously the checkbox status would be
stored in settings).

This may make the error more user-friendly and help to report
plugin bugs in a easier way.
