[Qgis-developer] Question Help

Hy guys,
Im new in this situation and need help respect to create a new script python to open a project *.qgs in the same environment of QGIS(Zone Map View), search this script and find all scripts open the file  in other object like a txtEdit, and not required this, i like equal to open project file menu.
