[Qgis-developer] load WMS list (xml) does not work in 1.7.2 & 1?

Hi all.
Apparently, loading an xml layer containing a list of wms severs does 
not work: does anybody confirm? A bug? In this case, the fix should be 
backported to 1.7.3.
