[Qgis-developer] Installed Qgis on Ubuntu - what do I do next?

Hi,

I installed the qgis Server and apache (ubuntu 11.04) and now I don't
know how to start the qgis webserver.

I tried
http://localhost/cgi-bin/qgis_mapserv.f ... pabilities

as described here
http://www.qgis.org/wiki/QGIS_Server_Tutorial

But there is an internal Server error 500.
Does anybody here know what that could mean?

What should I do as first steps after installing?
