[Qgis-developer] trouble in upgrading and installing plugins

Hi all.
The upgrade of Rectangles oval digitizing and Apptest2 fails, probably for the usual
problems in packaging.
I'm very much looking forward to generalize the autopackaging scripts some of us are
already using.
