[Qgis-developer] expression-based labelling: multiline problem

Hi all.
I noticed that entering Return does not break the labels, e.g.
'Provincia di ' ||  lower( PROVINCIA  )  || '
di area pari a
'|| AREA  || ' m2'
results in a single line, with small bells instead of the line breaks.
Any explanation? Anyone confirms?
