[Qgis-developer] unable to upload fixed Valuetool

Hi devs,

I've put the (old) valuetool plugin of G. Picard now in hub.qgis.org.
Small fix for http://hub.qgis.org/issues/4253 (otf rasters not working).

But... I'm not allowed to update the zip for the valuetool (going from
0.3.2 to 0.3.3) in
http://pyqgis.org/admin/contributed/python_plugins/list?page=10
because I'm not the owner of the plugin

Who can fix this (? maybe by removing the old plugin, or otherwise make
me the 'Contributer' of it ?)

To be able to use it now, I also uploaded it to the new Qgis Plugin
Repo. So users can also go to

http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/version/40/

and download the zip there
