[Qgis-developer] GSoC deadline

 Hi,

 It turned out that our student could not commit. He has a 40% position 
 and it seems that GSoc requires a full commitment.

 This student is nevertheless still interested in working with QGIS and 
 will continue to work on QGIS globe, but outside of GSoc.
