[Qgis-developer] Compiling of qgis-server fail for qtwebkit

Hi,

try-ing to compile the last version of qgis trunk,
The configure cmake phase report the missing of QTWEBKIT.

I guess there some regress on the configuration files because there is the
variable WITH_DESKTOP and WITH_BINDINGS set to OFF to avoid this error.
So this check should not be do.
