on Fedora I installed:

* flex
* bison
* geos-devel
* gdal-devel
* qt4-devel
* PyQt4-devel
* spatialindex-devel
* libspatialite-devel
* qwt-devel
* qt-webkit-devel
* proj-devel
* gsl-devel
* sqlite-devel
