[Qgis-developer] HackFest in Lyon

Hello,

The doodle [1] showed that most people would prefer 13-15 april, even if it is 
not so clear. But in fact we find a location for this period.

Could we go ahead and formalized the location? Do we need a PSC/dev vote?
