[Qgis-developer] Qgis Server not part of standard release?

I stopped including QGIS mapserver because in OS X 10.7 (Lion) Apple dropped fastcgi (required by mapserver) from their Apache distribution.

When I have time I plan to figure out a way to include it. While it is possible to compile fastcgi for Apache on Lion, this creates a packaging complexity because Snow Leopard does have fastcgi, and my package is supposed to work on both systems.
