Jurgen, what can be a solution to these libqgis versions conflicts?
Adding old versions to debian/control.Conflicts seems not to be a
solution since we would finish with never ending list of versions.

Does it make a sense to build it as versioned library if it is not
possible to successfully run multiple version together ?
