[Qgis-developer] Were is qis-browser

Hi,

I have just compiled qgis 1.9.90-Alpha from
git clone git at github.com:qgis/Quantum-GIS.git

QGIS works fine, but I am not able to find “QGIS Browser”:

http://planet.qgis.org/planet/tag/qgis browser/

Should it be compiled some how separately?
