[Qgis-developer] Release build crashes where debug build doesn't

Hi devs,
I recently started creating release android packages using
CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release instead of debug to reduce the packages size. The
problem is that qgis from these packages crashes when loading vector data.
The exact  same code base compiled with debug works perfectly.
Anybody has a pointer?
How can I "translate" a srack dump?
