Thanks Paolo,

there are already many new proposed features! Comments is certainly
one of those.
Plugin rating was also proposed and plugins app i18n support is also
very important.
rpc4django is already in place and a tighter integration between QGIS
client GUI and the web application would allow the user to rate a
plugin directly from QGIS interface.

Good to know that there are github apis available, but the official
choice is Redmine here... anyway I will give a closer look to that.
