Sorry the post didn't help.  I didn't read all your posts and replies, so I
was just shooting in the dark, hoping the code I posted would help.

For the record, I changed the API I was using from 1.6.0 to 1.7.1, and took
a lot of work to make my app behave as it did in 1.6.0.  I'm not surprised
that you are having trouble with the master version.  Maybe you want to
stick with an earlier release?
