[Qgis-developer] Compiling QGIS with iODBC driver/library for MacOS X and Linux

I don't think QGIS has any direct linking with [i]ODBC, but would use the Qt ODBC plugin to connect with an ODBC driver.  Note that I don't include the Qt ODBC plugin in the Mac QGIS, but I could if that is supposed to work.
