Hi Andreas,
this raises up once more a long-standing question. I'm pretty sure there
is a bunch of people willing to donate small sums for the solution of
specific issues. We currently are unable to channel this, essentially
because we miss a web app to manage it. An attempt has been made:
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/Sharing_QGIS_development_costs
but it is difficult to find, and is all manual.
Any suggestions? I think if we can solve this, we'll empower our users,
make it easier for devs to allocate time to QGIS, and the development
will go even faster and smoother.
