[Qgis-developer] upgrading core plugins (was: Modifications to dissolve() in fTools)

Jürgen,

Couldn't we just develop them in master and push to the repository
when ready with the plugin uploading script that ships with the
Plugin Builder?

When people upgrade to a new version of QGIS they get a automatic
upgrade or the plugin.
