That site lists several formats - which one could we use easily? SVG
might be the obvious choice.

There are ready-to use zip as well as .deb files, which contain .xml
files for each collection
We could present available ramps in a tree-based interface, based on
the xml files.

We might be able to import the entire dataset inside qgis eventually,
but as its quite large (4MB), it could be better to add it as an
optional dependency (has .deb and .zip packages) - either a package or
have the use specify the directory where the zip was unpacked.
