[Qgis-developer] Releasing 1.8

[Etienne Tourigny]

A simple question - how can I run qgis with a different language to
test the translations?

I tried to no avail
LANG=fr_FR qgis
LANG=fr qgis

Do I have to install any packages (Linum Mint 12 / Ubunu 10.10)
