[Qgis-developer] HF8: Essen

Hi all.
AFAIK, there is not yet a page for the HF:
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/Developer_Meetings
It is still very early, but I think it would be good to start, so we'll have more
time for fund requests and so on.
Could the local organizers start it?
