[Qgis-developer] installing qgis master 1.9

happy sunday to all!

i just made the update of qgis dev version from 1.8.x to 1.9.
the setup went ok, but i can't find qgis-dev.bat in bin directory and there
isn't proper icon in desktop.
where is it? :-)
