[Qgis-developer] Unit tests failing - a heartfelt plea

On a clean build the failures go down to a single one:

     4 - qgis_regression992 (Failed)

I guess it could mean the raster thing was fixed, but:

 1. There's still a failing test
 2. There's a problem with build dependencies
