[Qgis-developer] New release of CAPS Scenario Builder

Hi All,

I've released a new version of a standalone Windows installer for CAPS
Scenario Builder, tested on Win7, XP and Vista.  This version includes
project management and SFTP upload features.  It also incorporates many bug
fixes and is much more stable than the first release.  Downloads at
(https://github.com/EcoGIS/CAPS-Scenario-Builder/downloads).

In addition, Internet Success: A Study of Open-Source Software Commons is
now shipping from Amazon.com (http://tinyurl.com/d3e4545).  Chapter 6 in the
book is a case study of OSGeo, so some members of this list may be
particularly interested in that chapter.
