[Qgis-developer] Redmine - Create a new version 1.9.0 ?

Hi devs

I would like to change the target version of my small patch
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/5561
I have seen there is no 1.9.0 version nor a "master branch" version.
Is "Version
2.0.0 <http://hub.qgis.org/versions/show/21>" considered as the master
branch in redmine ?
