[Qgis-developer] Libeay32 dll version conflict

 Hi Jürgen,

 Do you know in which directories I need to place the libeay32.dll? 
 Would it be the directory where the qgis.exe file resides - e.g. 
 C:\Program Files\OSGeo4W\apps\qgis-dev\bin ?
