[Qgis-developer] Qgis Plugins - User-Contributed 1.x Repository: still open for updates?

Hi plugin managers,

Is the repo for "Qgis Plugins - User-Contributed 1.x Repository" closed 
to modifications/updates/additions?
I cannot access the login page to update one of my plugins: error 404.

And, I cannot upload the plugins to the new repo without changing all 
the info gathering process of my plugins.
