[Qgis-developer] Table manager - do you want it in Vector or Database menu?

Hi All,

I'd like to ask you for a vote, where to put it. I guess Database is better 
place, as the plugin operates on dbf files (and other attribute tables) and has 
nothing to do with vectors. On the other hand, for now that menu contains 
seroius databases only...
