[Qgis-developer] Editing rst files

Hi all.
Now that we moved to rst, I think it would be good to suggest tools to
edit it, to make life easier for prospective doc writers. I'm using vim
because it nicely highlights rst syntax, but this is probably not the
most convenient tool for everybody.
Does anybody know if there is a graphical text editor with rst syntax
highlighting? I have searched a (little) bit, without success.
