[Qgis-developer] DNS entries for qgis

Hi all.
We think we should start make our web presence simpler and more
consistent. Please those of you who own a qgis.* domain consider
transferring it to one of the PSC members,as we do not yet have a legal
entity. For unassigned DNSs, please feel free to buy them and donate
them (I believe the procedures are different in different countries, so
your help may be important).
