Sadly, I must agree with Tim.
Sadly because I know the effort made by the GRASS team to have the new site
out, but I cannot object Tim's points...

PS: @Tim, I wasn't aware of the ongoing work to switch to a boostrap based
sphinx theme. What are you using for it?
