[Qgis-developer] Webpage

I had plans on running a logo contest before we roll out 2.0.  Maybe now is
a good time. I have had a few people who have said they will put in some
money to aid in that kind of project.

I don't think we need a whole new logo, but a revamp would be good IMO.
