[Qgis-developer] Server features

Actually, if performance is important a cache proxy should be used. I do it
with UMN Mapserver too.
With tile rendering, requested through MapProxy or similar WMS-T/TMS
server, we should provide metatiling and buffering. That would be needed by
the tile generator too, I suppose...
