[Qgis-developer] Next Hackfest Location

Hi Pēteris,

we talked about the next hackfest venue (spring 2013) and would now like
to come back to your offer for the next QGIS meeting in Valmiera. Are you
still interested?

If so, we could start to plan the date and organize the meeting.
