[Qgis-developer] (no subject)

hello all,
              I am new to Qgis

              cant we build qgis on qt(4.8.1) in linux  fedora 17
              i am getting error in qmake sip
            do python doesnt configure for qt(4.8.1)
            any help will be greatly appreciated
