[Qgis-developer] Next Hackfest Location

Hi Pēteris,

good news :) and thanks a lot for your offer again. We are looking forward to
having a hackfest in Valmiera.

For the date, maybe you propose one or two dates to the list, because you
know what is the best time to be in Valmiera. As you know, usually the
spring hackfests are in (around) april, but I guess we are open to your
suggestions.
