[Qgis-developer] Migration of SEXTANTE repository

The code has been moved to the QGIS repo (in a sextante-branch, not
still merged into master), but unfortunately, I have not had time to
do any work. I am currently rather busy, as I have started a new job,
but I hope to have more time soon (and specially, more energy), to
work on SEXTANTE.

I do not know about other developers who were also working on
SEXTANTE, but I hope people like Camilo or Alexander, who were doing a
gretat work, will keep contributing
