[Qgis-developer] WMS Raster don't allow many raster porperties

Hi,

I notice the wms raster (the maps from a wms server are substantially
raster) don't allow to set the transparence on a single value.
It allow only the global transparence.

I don't understand why qgis will allow the set for a local png raster
meanwhile don't allow the same set for a png raster coming from a wms
server.

The single level transparency is a properties of the raster provider or a
more higher level property ?
