[Qgis-developer] QML specification

Where I can find qml specification which is used for store symbology
information in QGIS?
I'm planning to develop convertor from *.qml to my custom format but cannot
find any information abot qml.
Tried to ask at
gis.stackexchange<http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/34361/looking-for-qml-specification>,
but no result.
