agreed, a more comprehensive sample package would be very useful.
I would not object splitting it in two, a basic package, kept small, and a full, with
OSM, Landsat, etc.
Obviously, this make sense if there is a maintainer of the package, to keep it
updated and add new stuff as it comes out.
