[Qgis-developer] QGIS API Freeze deadline extension

Hi Tim
I have created this pull request for review
https://github.com/qgis/Quantum-GIS/pull/550
It adds quite a few color ramps to the base QGis distro, which would
increase distribution by about 500Kb. I have not changed the UI in any way.
