[Qgis-developer] QGIS HF Accomodation

Considering that quite a few of us have already booked at Ibis...I
guess we should stay there even if it's not close. Being far from the
venue might mean losing productivity and fun, but being in different
hotels, far from the others is not good for productivity
neither...(and it completely spoils all the fun).
