[Qgis-developer] Untranslated Qt "Close" and "Help" buttons

Hi, 
on OSGEO4W latest master, "Close" and "Help" buttons in many dialogs are not
translated (fr and de tested). 
See for example "Add postgis dialog". 
Any Idea? Is this related to osgeo build and QT versions?
