[Qgis-developer] SEXTANTE rename Pull Request

Hey

I have just made a pull request[1] which contains a full renaming of
"sextante" to "processing". Most of it is an automated renaming, but I
made some manual changes as well, and just renamed packages and
classes to something  different.

If someone can take a look at it and merge, that would be great.

Once it is done, I will start working on rebranding the documentation,
which I think will require more manual editing, but it is not so
urgent/risky
